Media invited to press briefing on State aid
On 20 April 2016, a press briefing on the matters of State aid to undertakings will take place at the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, with the participation of the Committee’s State Commissioner and European State aid experts.

What? Press briefing on State aid under the accomplishment of a Training Programme on State aid
When? 20April 2016, 9:30 – 11:30 (press briefing will be held at 11:00 – 11:30)
Where? AMCU premises, 45, Mytropolyta Vasylia Lypkivskogo str.
The purpose of the press briefing is to explain the key issues related to establishment of a State aid regulation system in the context of the Law of Ukraine “On state aid to undertakings”. During the event, experts will comment on mechanisms to ensure efficiency of public funds spending, transparency of state aid provided, and the implementation of international obligations of Ukraine concerning the regulation of state aid.

The press briefing will take place within the frame of a Training Programme on State aid for the Committee and State aid providers. The Training Programme was developed by the EU Project together with the EU Support Group for Ukraine (SGUA) and TAIEX Project to facilitate the implementation of the Law of Ukraine “On state aid to undertakings” as well as the implementation of the CIB.
