Who We Are
The Project “Harmonisation of Public Procurement System of Ukraine with EU Standards” is funded by the EU and implemented by a consortium led by Crown Agents Ltd.
What we do
The Project’s scope of activity covers both the reform of the public procurement system and specific support for the development of the Ukrainian state aid system.
Why it matters
Reform of the state aid and public procurement systems contribute to improved public finance management, the full functioning of the market economy and anti-corruption efforts in the country.
With the support of the Project a new Law on Public Procurement was drafted and adopted in Ukraine on April 20th 2014. The Law on State Aid to Undertakings has been adopted by the Parlament on July 1st.
