EU Project Discussed Progress in Public Procurement Reform in Ukraine

Mr Steen Bruun-Nielsen, the EU Project’s Senior Public Procurement Expert, participated in the conference “Reform of Public Procurement System in Ukraine”, which took place on 27 May, 2015. The conference participants examined the progress in the reform of public procurement system, presented the interim results of the pilot project on e-procurement and discussed next steps and pressing issues.

Mr. Bruun-Nielsen report was devoted to Ukraine’s advancement towards establishment of a comprehensive and transparent regulatory framework for public procurement aligning with the EU public procurement directives and overall principles.

The Conference was supported by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
